Cancellation Policy

We prep every seat with custom supplies, scents, and goodies ahead of time—lots of hands, lots of love! Because of that, all bookings are non-refundable. Thank you for understanding. 🕯️✨ Need to change your date? You may reschedule once for free up to 24 hours before your start time. No-shows are not eligible for credit. We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, we may shorten the experience to keep the class on track. Can’t make it? Send a friend! Seats are fully transferable—just let us know the new guest’s name before class. Credits & vouchers When we approve a change, we’ll issue a studio credit or new date. Credits are valid for 6 months. Third-party tickets (Eventbrite/Groupon/Peerspace, etc.) follow their platform’s terms, but our no-refund policy still applies. We’ll happily reschedule or credit within the timelines above.
